[Bug 1534225] [NEW] WPA2-Enterprise network (Eduroam) does not reconnect on restarting the phone
Public bug reported:
Eduroam network connects correctly on the phone, but on restart, it does not automatically connect. The network has to be "forgotten" and set up again before it will connect.
To recreate
1. Connect to a WPA2 enterprise network
2. Restart the phone
3. Wait for reconnection
4. Attempt manual reconnection
5. Forget existing WPA2 enterprise network and setup again
Tested on Nexus 4 flashed with the latest rc-proposed
