Title:
Add onion skinning as an optional feature

Status in camera-app:
  Confirmed
Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
It would be really nice if the default Camera app supports onion
skinning. Onion skinning shows the previously taken image overlaid on
top of the current camera view, with around 30% opacity. This allows
the photographer to take similar pictures with slight differences, for
example, for use in stop-motion animation.

This could be implemented as a toggle button that turns onion skinning
  on or off.

This would be a very simple feature to add, as the main work would be
in locating the previous image and adding a switch to the UI.
