  Precondition:
  1.No message in message app.
  2.Set system language as Chinese.

  Steps:
  Launch Message app and check the UI.

  Actual result:
  The Chinese translation "从屏幕底部向上滑动来撰写一封新邮件"display on the screen.The screenshot is added.

  Expected result:
  Chinese translation "从屏幕底部向上滑动来撰写一条新信息" should display on the screen.
