Hi,

This appeared in the autopkgtests yesterday after I uploaded lvm2. This
was caused by another upload that required pitti to fix things in the
Xenial images

It was fixed late last night & the tests ran correctly

  Xenial daily cloud image 20160129:   insserv: Service mountdevsubfs
  has to be enabled to start service lvm2

  This is causing juju bootstraps to fail on Xenial.
