[Bug 1539566] Re: Bluetooth dead on mako and flo.
Hybris doesn't have anything to do with this. It must be in bluetooth-
touch. Checking.

STEPS:
1. Flash image to device using ubuntu-device-flash touch --bootstrap --channel ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu
2. Try and enable bluetooth
EXPECTED:
Bluetooth settings to be displayed and be enabled and start scanning for devices
ACTUAL:
Bluethooth seems to turn on but after a short while turns back off.
Flo output from power on

Mako output from power on

[bluetooth]# list
