  Reduce file size of the background image, to improve performance

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Current file size of the background image is huge (about 800kB).
  It is located in:
  src/qml/assets/dialer_background_full@xxxxxx

  Big size of background image is impacting performance,.

  I think dialer app should run as fast as possible. That's why I would like to propose reduce image size by using tools like:
  https://tinypng.com/
