Hi Daniel,

 What image are you running at the moment? Chances are that these
changes haven't made there way into a promoted image yet, so they'll
only be in the utopic-proposed and rtm images, not the utopic ones yet.

Bug description:
  The layout of the OSK for Swedish is not correct. See attachment #1.

  Å Ä Ö should be placed more in line of the desktop keyboard layout,
