[Bug 1365492] [NEW] selecting previously visited site from address bar does nothing

Public bug reported:

1) Visit a web site by clicking in the address bar and specifying the URL.
2) Visit a different site by clicking in the address bar and specifying the URL.
3) Touch in the address bar and type a few characters from the URL for the site in (1).
4) The browser will prompt with the full URL for (1) below the address bar.
5) Touch the full URL in (4).

Expected outcome: Browser displays site at (1).

Actual outcome: phone shakes to confirm that you've touched an element
and then nothing happens.
