[Bug 1365530] [NEW] Time in indicator out of sync on resume from suspend

When the device is resumed by pressing the power button and the device
is not connected over USB to any power source the clock on the greeter
and the date/time indicator is out of sync.

TEST CASE
1. Unplug the device from its USB cable
2. Press the power button to switch to suspend mode
3. Wait a moment (several minutes)
4. Press the power button again to resume the device
5. Compare the time on the greeter and indicator with the time on another system or with the clock app.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clocks are in sync

ACTUAL RESULT
Time on the device is behind by several minutes. The time on the clock app is always correct. The screenshot attached shows that time in the indicator is 13:48 and 13:49 in the clock app (correct time) after waiting less than 10 minutes. The time difference can be several minutes.
