  Online accounts takes entire screen on tablet

Status in Online Accounts setup for Ubuntu Touch:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  System settings displays in the side stage
  Start the online accounts page
  Online accounts covers both the main and side stage and the side stage divider is still shown
  This may be related to spawning a new app from a running app
