[Bug 1366877] [NEW] The volume wheel on the keyboard doesn't work when the sound applet is open
Public bug reported:
When you click on the speaker icon on the top right, a dialog opens up
with a slider to adjust volume, etc. In this situation, if you turn the
volume control wheel, it'll not change the sound volume. If you close
the dialog the wheel works again.
