[Bug 1368749] [NEW] Bluetooth pairing not working on all devices

Public bug reported:

Mako with MultiROM, utopic r235

There ar, a few bluetooth devices that still don't work together with
Ubuntu Touch. These devices work perfectly well when booting the phone
as Android. The devices that fails to connect for me are BlueAnt
Supertooth 3 (http://www.myblueant.com/shop/us/products/st3.php#related)
and My Volvo car bluetooth system, both with Bluetooth version 2.0
specifications.

With BlueAnt Ubuntu can discover the unit and attempts to connect,
opening a pairing dialogue with the digits "0000". Confirming the pin
code (which is correct) doesn't do anything, my Ubuntu phone is not
recognized by BlueAnt and won't show as a connected device in the
phone's bluetooth settings, but shows up under "Connect other device
followed by ..." The bluetooth indicator, however, shows as connected.
Moreover, the indicator remains "lit" even after turning BlueAnt off and
toggling Bluetooth off/on in the phone settings.

With My Volvo Car, pairing works differently. The bluetooth system in
the car searches for devices and shows "Nexus 4" and then prompts me to
connect with a 4-digit pin code, but the Ubuntu phone doesn't react at
all and after a while the car system says that it failed to connect.

** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
