Does that mean that the non favorite scopes no longer have the "Back"
button on their header?

Bug description:
  Currently app switcher (accessed via long right edge swipe) shows all
  recent applications and Dash. We want to add recently used scopes
  (that are not favourites and therefore not part of the dash) to this
  view.

  This means that scopes that are opened and not part of the dash will
  be treated as separate apps.
