Started since the landing of the log in to youtube button in the video
and youtube scopes

When clicking on the log in to Youtube button if no account is present
you can cancel the account creation. After cancelling the account
creation unity8 hangs at 100% CPU. This is reproducible in both scopes (
video and youtube)
