[Bug 1377673] [NEW] diff manpage doesn't mention --no-dereference

Public bug reported:

I just spent half an hour
(1) wondering why diff doesn't have an option to not dereference symlinks,
(2) finding out that upstream has one,
(3) finding out that the diffutils version in trusty is recent enough to have it, too,
(4) finding out it actually is there, even though it is not mentioned in the manpage.
Would be nice if this was fixed.

** Affects: diffutils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
