I tried

Errors were encountered while processing:
python2.7
Also
root@owncloud-utopic-vm:~# dpkg-reconfigure python2.7
/usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure: python2.7 is broken or not fully installed
But this fixed it for me:
root@owncloud-utopic-vm:~# apt-get download python2.7
