It looks like mangal is not packaged in Ubuntu, unfortunately. Would
fonts-lohit-deva be acceptable as a fallback?

Bug description:
  In browser app including facebook and google+ web app nepali unicode
  texts are displayed as rectangle boxes instead of actual texts.
  Doesn't it support unicode?
