[Bug 1378757] Re: When double-tapped to zoom, horizontal scrolling should be blocked within a threshold
How do other mobile browsers behave? Do they implement this horizontal
threshold? I haven’t been able to test on chrome on android, double-tap
also enlarges the text area enough that the text inside it can’t be
scrolled…

Steps:
* open a webpage with some text areas on it
* double-tap on the text
* scroll around
Expected:
* scrolling horizontally requires you to pass some threshold before the page starts moving horizontally
Current:
* you can scroll around freely
