I'm getting some odd ltr characters showing up in some translations
strings, like the following:

%.1f ےF

Strings where I've spotted this:
 Located in ../libgweather/weather.c:791 
 Located in ../libgweather/weather.c:794 
 Located in ../libgweather/weather.c:800 
 Located in ../libgweather/weather.c:803 

There is at least one other module affected but I've misplaced my notes
