Public bug reported:

Certain programs or dialogue boxes I am unable to select the 'continue
boxes' or scroll down properly.  I.e. the system testing box says press
continue I cann't scroll down or enlarge the box to get to the button;
even when trying to tab using the keyboard.

I hope my problem makes sense....
