[Bug 1382830] [NEW] package keyboard-configuration 1.70ubuntu8 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127 - occurred during upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04

Public bug reported:

Amazon wordpress bitnami upgrade from 12.04. Was told by Amazon to
upgrade as a result of the bash bug.

Followed instructions on http://ubuntuserverguide.com/2014/06/how-to-
upgrade-ubuntu-server-12-04-to-ubuntu-server-14-04-lts.html to do the
upgrade.

Reported the error since it was suggested that I do by the upgrade
process.
