[Bug 1383331] [NEW] chroot: passing series and no framework leads to confusing results

Public bug reported:

When using 'click chroot create', I would expect that -s utopic would
install the ubuntu-sdk-14.10 framework. As ubuntu-sdk-13.10 is used as
default in the argparse definition, this doesn't happen though.

** Affects: click (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
