[Bug 1388011] [NEW] package linux-image-3.13.0-38-generic 3.13.0-38.65 failed to install/upgrade: run-parts: /etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs-tools exited with return code 127

since updating linux image 1.13.0-24 ,updating is no longer possible
without problems about configuring.I dont no wat i need to do ,i'm not a
computer nerd just a computer user.
