[Bug 1388827] [NEW] crash when cancelling SIM pin entry
Public bug reported:
Boot the phone with two SIM cards loaded, requiring SIM PIN. When the
phone boots up and asks you for the first SIM PIN, click the cancel
button. There's >50% chance it'll take down the whole session while
trying to bring up the SIM pin entry dialog for the second PIN.
