Prerequisite: from Appearance -> Behavior -> Set menu visible in window
titlebar

1. Open a window with menus
2. Press and keep pressed the Alt key
3. Menus will show
4. Move the mouse over the window decoration
5. Move the mouse out from the window decoration

Actual behavior:
6. Menus hides, also if the Alt key is pressed.

Expected:
6. Menus should stay visible until the Alt key is released.
