Bug description:
  Ubuntu Trusty r188

  1. Go to System Settings > "Sound" > "Ringtone".

  What you see: By far the most prominent element on the screen is a
  button that is insensitive, because it remains bright orange.

  What you should see: Insensitive controls shouldn't be bright orange.
