[Bug 1394935] [NEW] "All" can not be translated correctly

Public bug reported:

At the moment we use the "All" string in two situations

./src/qml/ContactsPage/ContactsPage.qml:72: sections.model: [i18n.tr("All"), i18n.tr("Favorites")]
./src/qml/HistoryPage/HistoryPage.qml:49: head.sections.model: [ i18n.tr("All"), i18n.tr("Missed") ]

Unfortunately for the first instance in spanish it would be "Todos"
(since it refers to Contacts which is a masculine word) while the second
has to be "Todas" (since it refers to Calls which is a femenine word)

This needs the ubuntu-ui-toolkit to gain support to specify context for
strings, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1394904

** Affects: dialer-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
