Title:
Wifi not released when out of range

Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Mako rtm #76 (but has been present for a long time)

When I leave home, Ubuntu Touch doesn't recognize the fact that I am
out of range from my home wifi network. Wifi indicator shows connected
and seems to prevent the phone from switching to 3G until I turn wifi
off through the settings. Today I was still "connected" to my home
wifi 20 mins after I left home.
