[Bug 1398146] [NEW] Error message "init: Error while reading from descriptor: Broken pipe" after fsck has finished on booting

Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with upstart 1.13.2-0ubuntu5 and after
executing fsck on booting (for example on creating /forcefsck and making
a reboot) I'm always seeing the error "init: Error while reading from
descriptor: Broken pipe" after fsck has finished.

** Affects: upstart (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
