Public bug reported:

1) Disable WiFi and enable 3g
2) Restart the device
3) Notice a very slow startup of the dash (initially you are just presented with a black screen before the spinning progress)

My favourite scopes are: Apps, Music, BBC News, Youtube, The Weather
