Please sync x264 2:0.142.2495+git6a301b6-1 (universe) from Debian
experimental (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Downgrade -fstack-protector-strong to -fstack-protector on arm64, to
    work around LP #1364979 until the compiler is fixed.

The mentioned bug is suppose to be fixed
