[Bug 1420175] [NEW] Add conflicts/replaces for the obsolete packages

Public bug reported:

Archive admin (infinity) recommends adding Conflicts:/Replaces: lines to
the new mir-platform-graphics-* packages in debian/control, so that they
conflict+replace the old libmirplatform5driver-* packages. This would
make the old packages removed upon upgrade.

As the new packages did not have the same files this was not a fatal
error preventing release of Mir 0.11, but it should be fixed so that
people upgrading get rid of the obsolete packages properly.

** Affects: mir (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
