[Bug 1420547] [NEW] wrong contents for libpam0g-dbgsym:i386 in trusty

Public bug reported:

Hi,

Somehow, the files installed by libpam0g-dbgsym:i386 in trusty do not
match libpam.so.0 itself.

root@ubuntu:~# dpkg-query -W libpam0g libpam0g-dbgsym
libpam0g:amd64	1.1.8-1ubuntu2
libpam0g:i386	1.1.8-1ubuntu2
libpam0g-dbgsym:amd64	1.1.8-1ubuntu2
libpam0g-dbgsym:i386	1.1.8-1ubuntu2
root@ubuntu:~# eu-readelf -n /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libpam.so.0

Note section [ 1] '.note.gnu.build-id' of 36 bytes at offset 0x114:

/usr/lib/debug/.build-id/a4 does not even exist.

amd64 seems OK, though:

root@ubuntu:~# eu-readelf -n /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpam.so.0

Note section [ 1] '.note.gnu.build-id' of 36 bytes at offset 0x1c8:

Easy enough to resolve locally with a no-change rebuild, but I'm curious
about how this happened in the archive...
