[Bug 1421411] [NEW] add additional punctuation options to extended keys

per usability testing:
Expected to use long press (on the first layer of the keyboard) to activate punctuations and accent keys to speed up the typing intead of having to go to another layer or having them as extra keys on the first layer

For example: 
Punctuations: quotation marks, parenthesis, colon, semicolon, equal, hash, plus, minus, asterisk, & or @.
