[Bug 1421985] [NEW] Ubuntu Phone: No intuitive click on "Install..." button after an Ubuntu update

Public bug reported:

Hi!

I had an Ubuntu update.
I click in "Install", then the button changes to "Install...".

After a while waiting, I click in "Install..." button again and it asked
me: Reboot for apply.

It not intuitive that. You could change the button text to: "Need
reboot".

Thanks in advance!
