[Bug 1422689] [NEW] Cached (?) lock screen messages not translated

Public bug reported:

This has been seen by me and also confirmed by a Bq owner. Switching
languages, at least string "No photos taken today" is kept shown in
English possibly for days after the language switch. Only when eg. a
photo is taken, and then the next day a photo isn't taken, the "No
photos taken today" is shown as translated.

I'm assuming some sort of passing of the string is done and the _("") is
not called again appropriately but the string instead is kept as is
stored somewhere.

** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
