Hello! I very often see incorrect characters when I use Ubuntu. They occur in Firefox, Terminal and other places. After I clicked the cursor on it, it becomes correct. I have attached a screenshot of the wrong behavior symbol. And here link to normal behavior - http://pikucha.ru/iecNd .
