vivid build 110 on mako

- open messaging-app
- open a message thread
- swipe left
- click the "i" button

expected results:
- dialog should appear centered on screen with message info with a close/dismiss button

actual results:
- dialog mostly offscreen and not rendered correctly with no way to close it
