  Add translator comments where applicable

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Could you add translator comments to the two following strings?
  Without context, translators can't know if they are verbs or nouns,
  resulting in possible translation errors.

  "Lock"
  qml/Components/Dialogs.qml:90

  "Shutdown"
