  Multi-monitor, Menu bar - Selecting the desktop in a monitor, causes
  all the panels to show the "Ubuntu Desktop" title

Bug description:
  When in multimonitor, if the desktop is selected in one monitor, then all the panels shows the title "Ubuntu Desktop", but this is wrong:
   - The panel should show the "Ubuntu Desktop" title only when the desktop is visible on that monitor.
