  Location reverts periodically to City of Westminster even with wifi
  and GPS location enabled

Status in location-service package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In Nearby scope, Westminster attractions are displayed. Can be
  corrected by refreshing. I am using build 20.
