[Bug 1439795] [NEW] Impossible to upload pictures to websites (like twitter)

Public bug reported:

I just tried to tweet a picture and was foiled.

Steps to reproduce.

On a clean up to date retail bq phone.

1. Open camera app, take picture
2. Open web browser
3. Go to twitter.com, sign in
4. Press new tweet button at top right, allow location detection when asked
5. Type something funny, press the camera button to upload a picture
At this point content hub appears
6. Choose gallery.
7. Select a picture
At this point you get the content hub dialog again. Browser has died. Lost context of what I was doing, give up.

Expected outcome

8. Browser re-appears with picture attached to tweet.

Looks like application lifecycle has reaped the browser.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
