[Bug 1440128] [NEW] Cannot add extenstion to number when dialing.

 

Public bug reported:

Adding '+' in front of entered number in dialer ends up in adding '0' in
front, moving cursor to the end of entered number and replacing last
digit with '+'.

Found on BQ Aquaris E4.5, Ubuntu 14.10, r20.
