[Bug 1442733] [NEW] on autopilot helpers, swipe child into view fails if the on-screen keyboard is visible

Public bug reported:

On the autopilot helpers we have a method to swipe a child into view.
When the child is in the bottom of the container and the on-screen
keyboard is visible, the helper will fail because it will start swiping
over the keyboard.
