[enhancement] Mir demo servers need an "always fullscreen" option.

Although mir_proving_server had this up to Mir 0.12, it is removed in
Mir 0.13. But we would like some similar option implemented in mir demo
servers for the snappy RDP work so on an "appliance" every dialog and
window is full screen.
