[Bug 1449051] [NEW] Upower doesn't handle bluetooth mice properly

I have a bluetooth Logitech M557, and it is being mis-detected by Upower
as a battery instead of a mouse:

The patch available in the upstream bug improves the situation by parsing it as a hid device, but then mistakes it for a keyboard:
