Title:
  Please remove test_import_item_without_sim_card

Status in address-book-app package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  This test is failing. I believe the behavior of the app was changed
  and the test was not removed since now it seems in the absence of a
  SIM card the import from SIM option is not available/disabled. Its
  causing a dashboard failure.
