[Bug 1451195] [NEW] battery indicator does not show actual status

 

Public bug reported:

Battery tray indicator does not change actual status in a real time. It changes only after reboot. And still unchanged until next reboot. Nothing affects it, nor draining, nor charging. 
But restarting the indicator-power from terminal triggers a status update!
