This is probably fixed in system-image 3.0, so reassigning there (and
closing).  If you can reproduce this with system-image 3.0 after it
lands in wily, please reopen.

  Last Updated Date in 'About Phone' is incorrect

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In 'About Phone' the Lasted updated field displays 1/5/14 for RTM
  image r91. This is on a device I flashed a few days ago and updated to
  r91 today. The date is showing correct for October 8th, 2014.
