After installing Ubuntu Touch on a Nexus 7 that had a broken screen
(part of right hand side worked) I got stuck on the welcome screen
trying to teach me how to open the unity task bar by swiping from the
far left. I was able to plug in a USB keyboard but ESC did not quit the
tutorial. Please make the welcome screen go away when the user presses
escape.
